Description
Arrowroot is a starch extracted from young rhizomes of various tropical plants, in this case cassava. Often used in place of cornflour. Sometimes used in baking and ideal for clear jellies.
Mix 1 tablespoon into cold paste and slowly stir in 1 pint if boiling fluid, flavour.
