Description
A rare unblended honey made from the nectars of the wild thyme that grows spontaneously on the dry stone walls that criss-cross the Iblei Mountains of south east Sicily. This intensely aromatic golden honey was prized by the ancient Greeks for its therapeutic properties and is ideal added to hot drinks. It chrystallises in cooler temperatures.
