Description
Authentic Italian pasta with excellent flavour and extraordinarily good texture. Made with durum wheat grown on the hills of Puglia and Basilicata. Patiently made with long kneading and slow pressing, bronze drawn and dried at low temperature. Capellini d’Angelo translates into English as Angel Hair, and is believed to be the thinnest pasta in the world with a diameter of about 1mm. Benedetto Cavalieri have over 100 years pasta making expertise.
