These peppers are grown in the Cerignola region of south-eastern Italy. They are hand-picked at peak ripeness, then prepped and packed within 24 hours, locking in the beautifully intense, juicy flavour. Enjoy straight from the jar on a crisp bruschetta, use to add a dash of colour to an antipasti platter, or serve with goats cheese and pine nuts in a salad. They also work beautifully as a natural sweetener for pasta sauce. In colder weather, try adding them to a warming tomato soup. 190g
