55% cocoa milk chocolate with flavours of fudge and brazil nuts with pockets of fiery ginger and dark molasses. Incredible ginger from Kamthana, India is baked into traditional recipe gingerbread; the fiery flavour of which cuts through the fudgy milk chocolate, made with cocoa from Öko Caribe Farm in the Dominican Republic, to give it a warming hum. Made in Falmouth, Cornwall by Chocolarder, one of the few bean to bar chocolate makers in the UK.
