Description
Artisan Italian egg pasta, bronze extruded and slow dried. Paglia e fieno translates as straw and hay, named for the distinctive colouring of this tagliatelle, 2 golden nests and 2 green (the green colour comes from spinach). A style of pasta originating from Le Marche, the traditional techniques result in an easily digestible pasta which is excellent at retaining sauces. Traditionally served with ragù.
