Cashew based alternative to cheese. Creamy, slightly crumbly and savoury with flecks of green herbs. These cultured blocks are incredibly versatile; slice them, grate them, melt them or let them warm to room temperature and spread them! Started as a one woman company in London they are now handmade in Somerset.
