Description
Gluten free penne tubes, around 6-7cm long, made using pure Gragnano spring water and traditional techniques. Bronze extruded and dried slowly at low temperatures. La Fabbrica Della Pasta were the first Gragnano producer to receive authorisation to make pasta for coeliacs, and have been doing so since 2012.
