Description
Large corn and rice pasta shells, made using pure Gragnano spring water and traditional techniques. Bronze extruded and dried slowly at low temperatures. La Fabrica Della Pasta were the first Gragnano producer to receive authorisation to make pasta for coeliacs, and have been doing so since 2012.
