Description
In this jar Mani organic bring together the best of both, with fruity Kalamata and spicy green Konservoeliá olives. These are hand harvested then naturally cured for six months. After curing they are marinated in Mani extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and a mix of Mediterranean herbs, then vacuum sealed in the jar. These full flavoured Greek olives pair perfectly with goat cheese, ripe tomatoes and feta.
