Description
A mix of fruity Kalamata and spicy green Konservoeliá olive, bringin you the best of both. These olives are hand harvested before being naturally cured for six months. After curing they are marinated in Mani extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and rosemary, then vacuum sealed in jars. A perfect accompaniment to goat cheese, ripe tomatoes and feta.
