Description
Complex and creamy cave aged blue cheese, made exclusively with raw milk from red Lacaune ewes. The soft, slightly crumbly cheese with it’s creamy and supple texture is generously veined with intense blue. Melts in the mouth with the distinctive, powerful Roquefort taste which lingers in the mouth.
