Description
The English climate provides excellent growing conditions for soft wheats. These are perfectly suited to creating beautifully light sponges, cakes, batters and bakes. Shipton Mill take these wheats and mill them in their historic mill to create this flour, which is a store cupboard essential.

White Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate*, Iron*, Thiamin* and Nicotinamide*), Raising Agents: Monocalcium Phosphate* and Sodium Hydrogencarbonate*.
