This rich, intensely gooseberry-ish preserve is fabulous with hard cheeses. Made with gorgeously juicy gooseberries, grown in the slightly acidic soil in the Wye Valley which we believe, combined with the British weather conditions, produces the freshest and tastiest in the world.
