Krupuk is a light and crispy Indonesian side dish, made from seasoned, fried tapioca starch. Commonly seasoned with shrimp, Yakso use vegetables and spices to season this vegan version. Delicious as an accompaniment to Asian dishes, or as a snack dipped in chilli sauce.
