Patiently made with long kneading and slow pressing, bronze drawn and dried at low temperature. Wonderful long, wide ribbons with one flat and one ridged edge; giving an intriguing and enjoyable mouthfeel. Benedetto Cavalieri have over 100 years pasta making expertise.
