Authentic Italian pasta with excellent flavour and extraordinarily good texture. Made with durum wheat grown on the hills of Puglia and Basilicata. Patiently made with long kneading and slow pressing, bronze drawn and dried at low temperature. Pasta wheels with a 25mm diameter and an 8-12mm depth. Benedetto Cavalieri have over 100 years pasta making expertise.
