Rare and unique honeydew from the woodlands of Lazio, central Italy. Bees collect the nectars from sticky tree and leaf resins at the height of summer, and then transform them into an ultra-dark and lusciously thick honey. This exceptional, aromatic honeydew is reminiscent of molasses and rich in mineral salts. Honeydew never sets and is a perfect honey for desserts and cooking. 500g.
